•We were first time home buyers and couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Monica! From day one she was so on top of it. We appreciated the fact that she didn't put any pressure on us to buy. We were able to set the tone of how fast or slow we wanted to look at places. Something we also valued was her knowledge of real estate throughout all of the East Bay, not just one small pocket. We also found that she helped us make the best investment, she took the time to walk us through all the different pros and cons of each space. She really will be your trusted advisor. Lastly, we were really impressed with how she built a relationship with the homeowner's agent which helped get us our dream home. You will not be disappointed working with Monica, she is simply the best!
