Highly recommend Teresa!
Aside from being very thorough and detail oriented, Teresa is a wonderful and extremely helpful realtor. Being first time home buyers, naturally many questions came up. She not only answered every inquiry and went above and beyond to ensure we understood every detail, but Teresa is also a wonderful resource and provided key information that we did not consider. Highly recommend Teresa for home purchases, she really will make the process as easy as possible!

Amazing Experience!!!
It hard to find words on how great it was to work with Teresa! Teresa helped me buy and sell my first home all within an 8 month period. She was amazing to work with! When it came to purchasing my first home she was very knowledgeable with the Orange County market, buying process, close and post move in. She was always looking out for me at every turn. I loved that place but just after 8 months of moving in work took me for SoCal to Denver. Once again Teresa was there every step of the way. We evaluated the market and whether to rent, hold or sell the property and after many discussions we decided to sell. When that decision was made I was already in Colorado starting my new life. Teresa did everything during my absence. She did a wonderful job of staging the condo, the listing photography was beautiful and we got exactly what we were looking for! Within 24 hours we had multiple offers. Teresa did a great job of weighing the pros and cons of each of the offers with me. Once we made a decision she once again did everything from there. My condo eventually sold less than 30 days of being on the market. She went above and beyond every step of the way. I would highly recommend using Teresa, I promise you won't be disappointed.
