Worked with Garrett on a recent renovation and sale of a condo in the San Gabriel Valley. He knows the area, knows the business, and gets the work done quickly and for a good price. Great communication skills and keeps you updated regularly so you know what's going on. He's a nice person too which makes things even easier. Exceeded all expectations and I would 100% work with him again if the opportunity comes up in the future.

We hired Garrett to help us sell our condo in Alhambra

We hired Garrett to help us sell our condo in Alhambra. We don't live in the area so we needed someone who could manage the entire process of getting our place ready to be listed and sold. We trusted him with literally everything, we just handed over the keys and drove away. We needed to renovate pretty extensively and he managed to do it under budget and ahead of schedule! He gave us advice on what to spend money on and what not to worry about. When it came to listing, he came up with a strategy that got us more than 10 offers all over asking. Garrett knows his stuff. He knows what to do when things come up and provides very attentive service. He's very smart, creative and above all, he's a really nice person to work with.
