•A friend moved from NY to DE and I wanted to do the same, so he highly recommended Ms. Ferrine and explained to me how patient she was with him during the process. Well, he was right. Ms. Ferrine is one-of-a-kind, she listened to my need carefully and only showed me properties that was in line with my preferences which made the process easy. Coming from another state and not being able to drive she took additional responsibility upon herself to drive me around. Who does that?! She has gone over-and-beyond her duties. Beside her patience, she walked me through everything and kept me apprised step-by step. That meant a lot to me. I am so pleased that I have shared her business card with anyone I know that is interested in purchasing in the near future. Thank you.
