•I have not purchased a home in CA before. I have owned properties in Florida and Puerto Rico. So, I have experience in the process. I knew it would not be easy and it definitely had challenges here in CA. I knew Annette has many years of experience in Orange County and CA and that lead me to choosing her. We bought a mobile home, and this particular type of transaction was more complicated than expected. Annette kept us informed every step of the way. She anticipated issues that when confronted with we were ready. Annette was professional and kept positive. She kept telling us to be patient. We appreciate all her efforts. She worked long hours and made sure the sale would be completed, and successful. We finally own our beautiful retirement home!! Thank you, Annette, you are wonderful.
