•Sebastien was responsive to our needs and hyper communicative. Even on vacation he was reachable and plugged in. Sebastien was thorough. He showed up at every house we showed interest in and inspected it until he was satisfied that he'd be able to answer any questions we'd have and until he had every question of his addressed. Sebastien was also very knowledgeable. He asked the right questions to the sellers, dug into details about each property, and had deep market knowledge to integrate into our understanding about each property. Finally, Sebastien builds relationships. He connected with sellers' agents and built tremendous rapport with them each time we submitted an offer.
