Kristina is the BEST!!!

Kristina was recommended to me by someone who had heard good things from a friend so I reached out to her. In the first visit, Kristina spent over 3 hours going through every room, taking pictures and discussing her ideas and the theme for the house. When I told her the price I expected for the house, she told me that it was high based on the comps in the area. Other agents had told me the same, however this is where Kristina stood out from the rest. Other agents would just eventually agree to my price to get the listing while Kristina said we could still go for my target price with some upgrades. The following week Kristina spent a lot of time doing research and sending me ideas about the upgrades I should invest in. But she didn’t stop her work there, she then went to hardware store and online, sending me pictures of lights, fixtures, tiles, colors etc that I could get to make it all come together. When the contractors were working in my house she would FaceTime me to see the progress in real-time and give suggestions. Once the house was ready she spent several hours to stage the house herself, she even moved furniture around. During the inspection she even offered to sit in house to look after my cat side he is afraid of strangers. In a nutshell, selling the house is a stressful process but Kristina made the entire process so easy and she was always available via text or phone to address any questions. Unlike other agents who just give you high level ideas and walk away, Kristina invested a lot of time and energy in making sure we put our best foot forward. Even the negotiation process was easy as she fully understood my parameters and I had the house under contract within days of putting it on the market. I feel most real estate agents don’t justify their commission, but Kristina she really earned it. She is truly the BEST!!!
