Throughout the process, Bree efficiently addressed the routine issues that come-up in any Escrow. She delivered valuable value-add services such as providing us with a number of service providers she has used that we'll be using as well. She went above/beyond to be our 'remote hands' in Rancho Santa Fe on a number of tasks that would otherwise have required us to make trips to the area before closing. Aside from just being a nice, pleasant, low-pressure agent, she very quickly internalized our needs, wants, and priorities, which made our search very efficient and allowed us to quickly make our decision in a very tight buyer's market.
