A perfect home, & a must read!

I've known Bernie for over 20 years. Bernie assisted my parents by selling and buying their property in the early 2000's and were very happy with her during the whole process. Fast forward to 2020, we (My wife & I) decided that we were ready for a house (first time home buyers). I gave Bernie a call and without any hesitation she REMEMBERED WHO I WAS. I was astonished at how Bernie remembered my family after so many years, down to the T! Bernie answered every single question that my wife and I had, and worked around our super busy schedules to see every house listing we wanted to view. To say the least, Bernie will NOT leave you in the dark. Of course, the stress of finding the "perfect" home was always there but Bernie managed to always make us feel better and explain to us the pros and cons of the decisions that we would make. Bernie is also extremely knowledgeable of the Chicagoland area. Don't be shy to ask her questions, we asked her 100's! I usually don't write reviews because it feels like a cliché of over written thoughts but not this time! My wife and I made such an important decision in our life by purchasing our first home and we simply couldn't be any happier & I want people to know how well the process went with Bernie assisting. No doubt in my mind, Bernie is family and will always be like family to us. My wife and I will likely purchase more properties in the future and will only include Bernie in the equation. Even if you aren't looking to make a great friend in the process and are strictly business, Bernie is still that Agent for you. Bernie is 100% one of the most professional Agents out there in my opinion. Choose wisely, choose Bernie 👍.
