* Responsive and flexible. * Domain expertise with income properties. * Principled position on risk based decision making. I was upfront with Sebastien that identifying a "perfect" property was an ambiguous challenge. He supported a multi-month exploration of the marketplace where we reviewed properties ranging from condos to SFHs to small commercial apartment buildings (5+ units).
