•Finding a home in San Diego area was a big challenge before COVID-19 lockdowns, and it became absolutely crazy in early 2021, prices jumping month over month, and each home having 10s of offers, some all-cash. Artur Nersisyan's knowledge of the local market and all moving parts of the process, his patience with us asking all the questions, and great organizational skills allowed us to see and put offers on all homes we liked on time! All offers that we made based on his advise ended up to be very close to the sale prices. Eventually, we bought our dream home in Carlsbad only because of Artur's professional and timely communication with our lending officer, seller's agents and all other parties involved. A month since we closed and moved to our new home, Artur is still available for anything that we need to follow-up with the previous owner. Thank you for making the experience of buying the first home as smooth as it was for us! Kudos to you and your team!
