•David is your real estate expert, I gotta tell you. If you are reading this review you are likely looking for a dependable, trustworthy, and knowledgeable real estate agent like David. I am recent a very happy client of David's. I thank him for making it all happen. We are so grateful for his help in navigating the competitive real estate market and for his invaluable advise throughout the entire process. Couldn't have asked for better experience selling and buying, really. We didnt have a single open house, no private appointments, no lookie-loos, early closing of escrow, and most importantly more than $125k+ over asking and that's without even having to go active on MlS. It is like he had buyers just waiting to buy the house. I 100% recommend David Zaria and you'd be a fool to hire anyone else. Seriously. On the purchase side of the deal, he made the impossible possible and words can't describe how fortunate I was to have David as my agent.
