•We had Susan help us buy a home for our mother years ago, and this year we had her help us sell it. But just before we wanted to put mom's house on the market, we had a major flooding situation. We could have sold as-is, our easiest choice, but Susan recommended we renovate and try for top dollar. She was dealing with a group of siblings that had to confer on every decision, but she helped us through every step of the renovation, with a fantastic instinct for what would sell. When we had conflicts with the HOA, Susan advised and stood by us. There were so many issues with this sale, it must have been a total headache for her. But she was with us every step of the very difficult way - and got us the best price the neighborhood had seen! We are so grateful for her market insight, staging instinct, perseverance, and savvy.
