Buying your first home can seem daunting...

Buying your first home can seem daunting especially if you have an extremely busy work schedule like us. Kimberly makes this whole process fun and exciting. We could not have done it without her while the stay-at-home order was in place through out the Bay Area. It has been a pleasure working with her. She started by spending quite a bit of time with us. She listened to us, explored which criteria were important to us, and kept in touch with us constantly to see if our need has changed or evolved. Once we chose the properties we were interested in, she has been with us every step of the way. Due to stay-at-home order, open houses were not an option anymore. Kimberly arranged private viewing while ensuring that we abide by the prescribed restrictions. Once we were ready to make an offer, she gave us all the necessary information we needed to decide on the offer price. Afterwards, she contacted our bank, arranged for all the paper works, and put together an offer within a day. Once the offer was accepted, she handled the title company, the HOA, the inspectors and then some. Since we were not familiar with the area, she gave us contacts for house cleaning, carpet cleaning, electrician , you name it. Kimberly has been helping buyers and sellers around the Oakland area for more than 15 years and she is very knowledgeable about the market. She gave us valuable advice when we needed it without ever being pushy and she kept us honest. Kimberly is extremely hard working, highly responsive, and detailed oriented, and she always worked around our schedule. We trust her completely and she will be my first and only choice when we decide to buy our next home.
