•She is the best. Now let us tell you a little bit about our experience. We were new to the US real state market. It took us a while to get it, then we started working with a agent, with whom we submitted 3 offers, didn’t get none. We decided to change agent. A couple of friends recommended Juliette, told us she was hands on, invested time on you, new your preferences, etc, and my wife felt like that sounded exactly like the style and person we liked and needed. First time we met was while visiting an apartment. She literally sat with us for hours, getting to know us, our priorities, economic options, etc. She inspected the apartment with us, taught us so many things we have never been taught while visiting an apartment in the last couple of years. While talking about the first apartment, my wife mentioned this really nice other place at the location we were looking for so long. It was not in our budget, it was a holiday, but she still managed to get us an appointment before open house. We visited the place, again, sat down, reviewed all the papers with her for hours. We submitted an offer. We got it! Our very first house in the US and in SF! How exciting!!! I don’t think we could’ve make it without Juliette. Actually, we wouldn’t. We learnt so much throughout the process, only took us 1 offer, the second day we met, she made us feel super comfortable with the process, price, even it was above of our budget but actually a great price for the market! Again, we had to learn about the market in SF and we learned a lot with her. If you need to work with someone that actually cares about your priorities, needs, and invests time in what you want, sharp, and good straightforward attitude, then Juliette is the right person.
