All round excellence: knowledgeable, responsive and totally free of slick "real estate agent" BS

Cynthia acted with care, respect and integrity for all involved, sellers, buyers and neighbors alike, all to a tight deadline. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience and Cynthia's support throughout. I'd seen a couple of properties with Cynthia last year and liked how she showed up, so when I found one I was interested in 60 miles away, I wanted her help. The day after I texted her about the property she WENT OUT to take a look! Didn't make a song and dance and we hadn't talked about her going out, she just texted "At property" mid morning, I thought that was above and beyond in a great way! Since then she's come out for all inspections and the final walk through, given me helpful advice regarding inspections etc., guided me through the entire process efficiently to the tight schedule I set (due to my travel plans), and contacted the owners of a nearby seemingly abandoned property that I am interested in. All this for a property that was selling for less than $180,000 - her renumeration is not as high as it could be for properties closer to the Bay Area, but she didn't skimp in any way. I also really like that the process is made so much easier now with electronic document signing etc. - efficient and easy. Thank you Cynthia!
