A long-time friend had just sold his house and recommended Paige to me. His house had been on the market for a couple of years, but when he started working with her, she sold it in a matter of months, at a good price. So I decided to work with Paige, and it was the best decision I made in the whole process. My family needed to sell a house in Glencoe, IL, that my mother had lived in for 50 years, and it was full to the brim with stuff and needed a lot of work on the infrastructure. Since I now live in California, I met with Paige and her group and for several days going over the house, then tried to do the rest by remote control from across the county. After my family completed an enormous estate sale, Paige and her group took care of everything, including deciding which capital improvements needed to be made, hiring the contractors to get it done, dressing up the house to be shown, and including all those costs as part of the bill at very close to her original estimate. She kept in close communication and provided large amounts of current data on other North Shore house sales before we all agreed on an asking price. For the sale itself, I think we got a little lucky, but if I told you how fast the house sold, but you wouldn’t believe it, and it might reduce my credibility for all the rest of my praise. I would recommend Paige and her group without any reservations for any house sale north of Chicago. If I needed to do it again, I would not work with anyone else.
