Exceptional Real Estate Agent (with 52 Bayview Avenue, Belvedere, CA)

There are Real Estate agents and then there is Joan Kermath. Joan is one of those unique individuals who can handle anything to do with the sale of a house with ease from start to finish. It became clear to us from our very first Zoom meeting with Joan that she was the right person to sell our family home. Joan is very familiar with Southern Marin and especially the challenges associated with Tiburon/Belvedere. Since we are overseas, we really needed someone who could handle every aspect of a home sale from working with inspectors and staging, to the open house as well as working with agents and perspective buyers.
