•Being first time home buyers and foreign citizens, we were very anxious about the home buying process. However, Geary came to us with vast knowledge of the industry, a solid network, strong people skills, and a good understanding of the Bay Area neighborhoods. We felt very informed at every step of the process, and all our questions were answered thoroughly and accurately. He made himself available at any time and day for our questions. We unfortunately had a really bad experience with our lender, which jeopardized our contract with the sellers. Geary took swift action in switching us to another lender with a an even better interest rate and was able to expedite the process with the new lender to be able to close on time. His negotiation skills with both the lender and the seller helped us seal the deal. We are grateful for Geary's efforts in securing this home for us and we strongly recommend him as a realtor!
