From its insanely gorgeous designed interior, unobstructed waterviews and a quintessential Brooklyn Promenade location, it is the epitome of stylish living. For the discriminating aesthete, First impressions are important and whether it is the gorgeous numbered canopy at the street or the grand lobby with its black and white marble floors, wrought iron staircase, or the upper landings' beautiful consoles and mirrors, it is abundantly clear this isn't a typical NYC building. Located on the top floor (yes, it is a walk up but worth the walk!), the apartment overall has been impeccably renovated, designed and is very well proportioned. Plus, there is incredibly huge outdoor space contiguous to the apartment! Living on the Promenade is very Parisian-like, with its beautiful townhouses, carriage houses, tree-lined streets and water front living. Plus, how many people can say they live amongst the highly sought after fruit-named streets? Its location is between two of the premier fruit-named streets, Cranberry Street and Orange street. Also worthy of note: your neighbors are bold faced names from New York, Hollywood and Europe, hiding in plain site on the Promenade and its surrounding streets, as it is so quiet and private. And you'll see them as you meander down the promenade enjoying the New York Harbor skyline water view. Upon entering the apartment, you are struck by the classic architecture of a long formal hallway, high ceilings with prewar details, the antique glass and Murano chandeliers, the beautiful hardwood floors and then, there is the extraordinary light. The light streams from the huge bank of western windows in the living room. Plus, literally each room has windows with the same western water/sunset views, including the kitchen bathroom and bedroom.
