•We started working with Renee several months before we listed our home for sale, asking her to provide an overview and valuation of our family-owned property. That information helped us develop a strategy to best approach the sale, and with her guidance, we were also able to identify a successful plan to move forward in the search for a new property of our own. Renee’s expertise and her knowledge of the local market were extremely beneficial in helping us find a property to purchase as well as a buyer for our home. The complexity of our situation, compounded by the fact that we are from out-of-state, made it especially important to have a knowledgeable team on our side, and Renee more than met the challenge. She was extremely responsive to our needs, answering or finding the answer to all of our questions, and ultimately lead us to the right attorney to help us navigate through the challenges particular to both the sale and purchase. She addressed our concerns and worked well with the selling agent, and she was able to pull together the home inspections needed, on short notice during the Christmas holidays, as well as provide a list of contractors who addressed any issues that arose. Even after the purchase of our new property, Renee continues to be a valuable partner as we move forward preparing our home for future rental.
