I won’t consider anyone but Coral and Kelly

My agents were Coral Gundlach and Kelly Palmer, and I wholeheartedly recommend this team. They immediately understood my needs, including some peculiarities of the custom furniture and unusual collections that filled my house. When needed, they provided clear instructions, never overrode any of my decisions (but pointed out the consequences when I went somewhat astray), and made the entire process easy and comfortable. I also had some specific needs for the new property I would move into, and they found me an excellent new home that I’d undoubtedly not have discovered on my own. My interior decorating “style,” which involves intense colors, unusual artwork, and many feet of wall space dedicated to game, movie, and CD collections is not what appeals to potential buyers. I put Coral and Kelly in charge of renovation and redecorating, and they had the place redone in off-white, updated the fixtures, and then staged it with artwork less intimidating than my movie posters and fantasy artwork. They also recommended a local moving company that easily accommodated some last-minute changes when the property I planned to move to suddenly became unavailable, and I had to change my destination with little notice. I’ll probably move again in the next couple of years. I’m not sure if my next home will be in the area they serve, but if it is, I won’t consider anyone but Coral and Kelly.
