•Dori has a fantastic grasp of what the market/Buyers are looking for and helped us choose the appropriate upgrades to our house, including all the minute details. She also helped us find the best set of contractors to complete these upgrades in the shortest time. She also picked the staging of our house in order to present it to the Buyers in the best possible way. She was thus able to obtain an Offer from a buyer, above asking, even before the start of our first Open house. This was indeed an amazing accomplishment given the fact that there were three other houses similar to ours in our neighborhood that were already on the market. She also demonstrated her impressive negotiating skills and keen judgement through the process of countering the initial offer that protected all our interests. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone who is looking for an agent to sell their home in Danville and all neighboring areas
