Carrie was all that, but so much more. She listens to what you need, what you want, your budget, safety and lifestyle choices, considers everything from pets to commutes to hobbies and schools. These are all important to long term happiness - and Carrie knows the area so well, she can guide you on why a house may or may not be a good fit, and asks thoughtful questions to make sure you don’t fall in love with something unrealistic, or way out of your budget. Beyond the guidance in finding a home, Carrie is truly remarkable with connections if you need help getting setup, from learning about the area, to pest control, or just understanding how to switch over utilities. As the closing deadlines approach, her whole team is extremely supportive and check-ins are so important. They don’t let anything slip through the cracks, can help if you hit roadblocks, and will walk you through what to expect next so there’s no fire-drills or confusion. The team is also incredibly kind and professional, they’re calm and supportive, and make you feel like you have a village. Personally, she made sure my house was just perfect for move-in, going way above and beyond just to make it easier for me when I got the keys. It’s those things that really matter - the unspoken efforts but you know she’s working hard for you in the background, because she truly cares about her clients.
