Joe was fantastic to work with. In the search process, he listened to our needs and showed us homes that were what we asked for. He never pushed us to go outside of our comfort level on price. In placing a bid, he walked us through the process end to end so we knew what to expect. After our offer was accepted, he always anticipated the seller's moves so that we were in a good place to negotiate terms. Joe went above and beyond during the close process as we were remote and often relied heavily on him to manage the process without us present. We are so happy with our new home and really enjoyed working with Joe Gatti.

We used Ron when we bought our house many years...

We used Ron when we bought our house many years ago, taking advantage of his expertise and knowledge to execute the purchase without issue, spending a wonderful 10 years in our home. Upon recent retirement and decision to relocate to another state, remembered the great experience with Ron, asking that the team of Ron & Joe assist to now sell our home. They exceeded expectations as they assessed our home, and put together a plan to market and sell our home which included critical staging recommendation. Our home sold quickly at a very good price (above asking), and our personal plans to move forward took place without issue. Would highly recommend Ron & Joe, a very professional, competent, and personable duo to meet all real estate needs.
