•Working with Mark Huber and his wife/partner Annalee was more than just doing business. They continually went beyond the call of duty to help us first to find a new home, then to prepare and sell our previous home in record time! We first met Mark nearly 8 months ago when we started looking, and during that time we submitted several very good offers that didn't quite make it (not because of Mark's efforts -- simply getting outbid or cash offers beyond our control). Mark kept up his infectiously positive attitude. He and Annalee came up with new options, met us at odd times, showed us some interesting properties (and some that were not so appealing for comparison, etc.), and always went out of their way to get to that special time when our offer was accepted. We enjoy our new home, our forever home, more than one could hope for, and we will always be grateful to them for embracing our needs and seeing us through some rough patches and, to be honest, a few emotional setbacks. We also have new "family" friends in Mark, Annalee and their kids. Our hats are off to Mark Huber! Any property buyers or sellers will be quite fortunate to have him as their realtor. My guess is that he's going to become quite busy! Respectfully, Scott and Peggy Hughes
