•We found a house on Zillow that we liked, and contacted the realtor, Gabriela Fletcher. After speaking with her, based on Gabriela's recommendations, we placed a bid on the house, which the seller accepted only 3 hours later! We live nearly 2300+ miles from the house, so everything was done over the Internet. Gabriela conducted an extensive live video chat, walking through the house, answering questions, and showing us specific areas of the house we were interested in, as well as what she found appealing about the house. She helped us get an inspection lined up, worked with our loan officer, helped arrange the appraisal, and even was there to let our friend park our car in the garage a week before we got there. Gabriela is a class act, knows the market and what to look for with regard to her buyers. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a house in Tennessee. 5 stars!
