Several years ago my wife and her sisters had to sell their parents’ long term home in Pebble Beach. Susan Clark was a huge help to us as we managed through the emotional and financial challenges of the transaction. This summer Susan helped my wife and me to purchase a wonderful home for ourselves in Carmel Valley. Since we live full time in southern California and since COVID 19 was changing all of our ways of living, we had to be highly efficient and focused in our search. Susan did a fabulous job of zeroing in on the right targets for our search and we found our dream spot on the very first trip to look at homes! Negotiations to finish the process were a little more complicated than they might have been, again given the circumstances of 2020, but Susan handled everything with ease and grace and we were able to close on time and below our budget. We could not endorse Susan and her services more whole heartedly than we do!
