•For anyone who may be in the market for a home -- even if you're only *thinking* about it -- I highly recommend Steve. We enlisted his help to purchase our first house, and right off the bat, he "warned" us that he likes to explain everything. PERFECT! We wanted to know what we were getting into, and he made sure we were well-informed in every decision. His patience with us was greatly appreciated, and he walked us through every step of the way to ensure that we had the smoothest process. We could count on him and his team to resolve any issues before they became issues. His focus and attention to detail were astonishing so we know that if we missed something, he'll catch it. My favorite example was when we were at a house with flashy staging and cute furniture. Steve pointed out how the table and chairs created forced perspective to make the dining room seem bigger than it actually is. Who does that?! THIS is what you need, folks. You need someone who has your back and can give you guidance without taking over your decisions. You need an ally in your corner who will be charming but firm to represent you to the sellers and listing agents. You need Steve Beaupre.
