•My family just bought our house with Ellen a month ago, and I don't have enough good words to say about her. We started looking for a house on the main line area several months ago with an agent who was not familiar with the neighborhood and house market in this area. After several rejections, I knew I had to look for another agent. Then I came across Ellen's profile. From our first phone call, I can tell she has confidence and a lot of recourses to help us buy a house. Ellen is a great communicator, extremely professional and knowledgeable. She has been living in the main line area for years and has already built relationships in the neighborhood with tons of resources, like inspectors, contractors, painter and school teachers. She is so nice and sweet, and felt like just having a friend when we first met. Ellen is also very patient. We are moving from Center city to an unfamiliar neighborhood, and she is always there to answer all my family member's questions through phone or text messages. On the closing day, she even set up a party to celebrate with us. I truly feel she loves what she is doing as well as is happy for us. We appreciate the time and effort she puts in for us.
