•I was purchasing a condominium in a different county for my son. I have had no experience in Condo purchases. (Just never bought or sold one). Angela has a wide background and a network of resources in the greater DC area which allowed her to answer questions and stay ahead of the process. She arragged a home inspector. I was present for the inspection and it was thorough in my opinion. Angela also recommended an appraiser, whom I did not need to use She maintained a positive relationship with the seller’s agent. She responded promptly to phone calls in the evening and on weekends because the sale went quickly. Along the way, she related well to my son and his finance who will eventually occupy the unit. My wife was interested of course and as a family we felt well served.
