•Where do I begin? During a recent open house event in Fullerton I met Dawn. Her kindness was a sharp contrast to the many aggressive agents that I have dealt with over many home purchases. Addressing my family needs versus a home sale and finding the right place for a demanding person with high expectations became her focus over the next few weeks. Always on and available she made herself accessible to address my questions and to respond quickly to my inquiries. I’ve always taken an active part in purchasing a home and I do expect a lot from my agents. Dawn and I worked as a team in reviewing current and long term home appreciation opportunities. She made the difference and I appreciate her dedication with the data I needed to make the right business decision and not an emotional purchase. I eventually did purchase a home at a price without any buyer’s remorse. Dawn presented a case that justified a lower price along with a strong buyer ready to move fast. Over-all, it was a great experience working with Dawn. She kept me informed, followed up with the escrow/loan folks and made sure all of my contingencies were addressed. I would highly recommend her to my friends and colleagues. It was an awesome purchase, in a great location with the right agent focused on making it happen. Thanks Dawn!!!
