•We actually bought the same property Julie represented us in selling and in both processes, she was amazing to work with. Not only was she great but the lenders, attorney, photographer, etc. that she recommended were all great people. Julie always checked in with us to make sure everything was okay and if we had any questions. Specific to our sale...Arti and I had to move to Austin, TX for work reasons so we needed to sell our home. We immediately hired Julie and she began marketing our home for sale. When our home was listed, it went onto the market on a Wednesday, there was an open house on Saturday and there were multiple offers on Sunday. The home sold on Tuesday...less than a week after being listed! Julie helped guide us but also allowed us to be strategic with our decisions as we felt we had a say just as much as she shared her experience when we collectively made decisions. If we ever bought property again in Chicago, we would hire Julie. Also, we plan to use Compass Real Estate in Austin, TX when we prepare to buy a home as Julie already connected us with another great contact from her network. We can't say again how easy and well executed our home selling (and buying prior to) process was and we want to use this opportunity of review to say thank you again.
