•I worked with Julie since 2014, when I bought my investment property condo. At that time she was extremely patient with me on visiting numerous condos and provide me very honest opinions on those condos pro/cons. I bought one and she was my agent for helping renting several times in last 8 years. I moved out Chicago since 2016, to California, and now I just moved to Texas. Julie has been contacting me all these years and keep my address updated. I got her family newsletter every month. Always good to know her life stories each month and make me feel she is really a friend of mine for years. Early this year, I decided to sell my condo. Of course I contacted Julie. She immediately took actions working on it, while I was in Texas. The entire process, I didn’t have to go to Chicago at all! Total worry free. She did have to schedule some handyman and electrician work but she managed got things done. She was also very good negotiator. She always wanted me to get more money, instead of selling it quickly. I am sure Julie and I will still keep in contact. And she is indeed my Chicago realtor for life.
