Thy is the epitome of professionalism, responsiveness and detailed orientation. If you are looking for someone who actually has your best interest in mind while still being flexible for your needs, quick reactions to market changes, and ability to maximize your budget for a home, look no further. She is exemplary of service: Thy visited Vietnam for a well deserved vacation and during our initial offering process, still responded to us for every step along the way between us, the seller + agent, and mortgage lender despite the extreme time difference giving us live updates and communication. Thy was able to provide us with additional savings through the Title company partnerships and was active in looking for any local/national grant programs that would apply to our circumstances. We were also able to negotiate an ample sellers concession which saved us even more money. Thy was able to speed our closing process despite us having longer wait period restrictions for our type of loan which allowed us to enter our home 10 DAYS earlier than expected. This was all due to her persistence in ensuring the process was accurate and quick. Thy should be your go-to for everything and she should honestly get more rest/sleep but I know she won't as your needs are her top priority. I cannot recommend her enough.
