•It's really hard to overstate Tim's exceptionalism in real estate. He knows everything about the market, and quickly came to know what we would like or not, even before we could really explain it. We were pretty difficult but he never ran out of patience. He's the kind of person who picks up the phone and makes a human connection and that absolutely worked in our favor throughout the house-hunting/ offer/ negotiation process. He didn't cut a single corner. He responded to everything immediately. He didn't put off a single task for tomorrow that he could do today. He's transparent and direct but also good-natured and kind. He's just a tremendously decent person and everything you would want in a realtor.
