Smooth Finish After a Challenging Start and Market Shifts

We recently sold our home with Elizabeth as our listing agent. It was a significant transaction with many moving parts, and while the process had its challenges, we ultimately reached a successful outcome. Pricing a home in a shifting market is never easy, and in hindsight, it’s possible that some early expectations may have been a bit optimistic. That said, Elizabeth stayed engaged throughout the process and was especially helpful toward the end when things became more complex. After a tough home inspection and some potential complications with a backup offer, Elizabeth helped navigate a delicate negotiation and kept the original deal intact — which avoided further concessions and gave us a cleaner close. That level of strategic handling was appreciated. There were moments where we hoped for more visibility or activity earlier in the listing, but we also recognize that selling a home isn’t always linear, and the market can be unpredictable. We also would’ve liked to see more data points throughout the process — the portal was helpful, but a simpler breakdown of key metrics and trends would have made it easier to track performance and interest in real time. Overall, we’re thankful to have sold successfully and appreciated Elizabeth’s commitment in the later stages when it really counted.
