•We could wax poetic about the endless qualities that make Coral the ONLY choice to sell your NoVA home: her inimitable top-notch professionalism, warm and immediate communication, attentive guidance and detailed marketing strategy (which resulted in an well-above asking price offer within just 24hrs of listing!), but what really brought literal tears to our eyes happened two weeks after we closed, during our free rent-back period (have we mentioned she is an instinctive, expert negotiator?!). We were in a panic after discovering our contracted movers had left smudgy footprints all over the basement carpet and we had to leave VA early the next morning. Coral’s immediate response was simply: “I’ll take it from here and make sure it’s okay!” We cannot overstate how incredible and wonderful it felt to rely on Coral and her team...from start to finish! We can’t thank you enough, Coral!!!
