Condo
•Herbert Riggs has been amazing from the get go. He helped sell my condo. I interviewed several different agents in this process, and I have never regretted my choice to move forward with Mr. Riggs. He was knowledgeable about the market. He was direct and straightforward. Honest and kind. He did NOT try to push me in any direction but gave appropriate guidance so that I could make decisions. He was very responsive to text messages or emails. He was always patient in answering my 10,000 questions. Condo's are moving slower right now (as compared to stand alone homes) because of Covid, yet my condo was under contract in FIVE days for full asking price! The photos that were taken of my home were done professionally and show cased my condo beautifully. I had a number of neighbors comment on how good my listing looked. The description of my condo was perfect as well. I would use him again in a heart beat and would freely recommend his services to others.
