âĥIf you're looking for an agent who is communicative, extremely knowledgeable, and has the patience of a saint, look no further than Sandra. My husband and I have been looking for a home over the last year, so it took a while to find the right one. The way we met Sandra was at an open house she was hosting and she offered us very good advice prior to us becoming her clients. You could tell she was honest and eager to help a buyer both find and get the right house for them. It has been a journey to learn about the competitive East Bay market, how to evaluate the condition of a home, and how to determine the right price when writing an offer. All of this was possible through Sandra's constant attention and guidance, friendly openness, and willingness to ride out all the highs and lows of home-buying with us. She is incredibly professional and always made sure we felt comfortable when considering a property. It never felt like we were a transaction to finish or a conversation that needed to be handled quickly so she could get to the next client. She is so hard-working, and her guidance was invaluable through this entire process. I don't hope to grow out of our new home anytime soon but if we do, then we already know who to call. Sandra is the absolute best of the best.
