Knowledgable and Professional

We had a great time working Tracy on buying our first home in Montclair. She is tremendously experienced and knows the market in the east bay extremely well. She was always available when we had questions. One of her key strengths is the understanding of construction techniques of houses here in the area, combined with years of experience of how houses and properties change over time. She quickly analyzed the properties that we liked and gave us a run down of the tradeoffs and what that would do to the value of the property and potential future costs. We looked at a few properties in detail before we made the first bid on a house that we liked and the matched our budget. She did a detailed market analysis and came up with a number to offer and we were successful on the first bid (YMMV). We outbid the other parties by a small margin at the expect market value. There are no magic bullets to be successful in finding the right house in this market, but Tracy is a fantastic partner to navigate this complex market and to feel confident that you will find the right house at a price that works for you.
