•Steve is a great agent that provided my husband and i with the knowledge we needed in order to make the best decisions to successfully get the house that we wanted. In a tough market it cannot go without saying how important a good real estate agent that understands the market and the area is, and you cannot do much better than Steve when it comes to the North Wilmington market.
Steve’s knowledge of the market, especially in a crazy unknown time, helped us sell our house quickly and with offers that exceeded our expectations. On top of that, 1 day prior to closing we had an issue that could have derailed the entire deal. Steve stepped in and was able to manage this and still get the deal done with very minimal impact.
