•We heard about Team Forest from a word-of-mouth recommendation from our good friends. From the moment we met them we were impressed with how knowledgeable, supportive, and organized they were. Ana and team were also "no pressure" from the beginning, which we really appreciated as we were slow to get started. But when things ramped up and we started to be more demanding of their time and attention, they were incredibly responsive, helpful, and never made us feel guilty for yanking them all over Alameda to look at places we were excited about. When we got serious about a place, they provided the right information we needed to make a go/no-go decision. Ana held our hands every step of the way and showed us homes when we couldn't make open house times, Pascal would examine disclosures for red flags, crawl under houses to check the foundation, and check the quality of "home prep" repairs to ensure we weren't walking into a money pit. Adam jumped in as needed to show us houses when our schedules with Ana didn't align. Throughout the whole process, they remained focused on helping us find a home that met our needs and within our budget that we could fall in love with. When offer time came, Ana knew all the right things to say to the seller's agent to tip the scales in our favor and get our offer accepted, even in a very competitive market. All in all, working with Ana, Pascal and Adam was a real pleasure. We couldn't be happier with our experience and highly recommend Team Forest to anyone looking to find their next home!
