We are truly grateful to Karen for helping us sell our house on the other side of the country. We had a rental property in Maryland while we lived in California. The property had been mismanaged by the property management company and significant improvements/repairs were needed. We are both working professionals and did not have the time to tend to the property or to be actively involved in selling it. We handed Karen the keys and gave her full discretion in making improvements and marketing the house as soon as possible. Karen went above and beyond for us in working with a home renovation contractor and getting everything done. She even made trips to Home Depot to select appliances, backsplash, and many other small items to complete the renovations. We are so glad we trusted Karen with this as the renovations she oversaw became crucial in getting the house sold. There were at least three other similar houses in the neighborhood even before we listed ours. Yet, ours sold first and with a competitive selling price - all thanks to Karen. Even though our first buyer backed out because of some HOA parking issues, Karen was quick to contact other potential buyers who had viewed the house and, within weeks, had another buyer under contract. Everything went smoothly thanks to Karen and we were able to sell the Maryland house from California. I personally have never experienced this level of professionalism before.
