•Working with Sally and Elizabeth to sell our home set the bar at another level. We’ve sold several homes in the past, and while none were ever negative experiences, working with them was an entirely different experience in the best way possible. Every step of the process was so clearly communicated and so well organized, there were never any surprises or hiccups. Somehow they always made us feel like we were their top priority (even though I know they had other clients they were working with at the same time). This could’ve been a difficult sale (we live out of state, and we had renters in the home while we were selling it) and yet thanks to their poise and expertise, it ended up flowing with such ease. We got the price point we’d hoped for (but really didn’t think would happen), we were listed for less than a week, closing was a breeze, and to top things off, it was a truly personal experience. By the time we closed, the only thing that made me sad was that we don’t have another house to sell so we can work with them again. Thank you Sally and Elizabeth, anyone that gets to work with you is in for a treat.
