•We purchased a house in the Chicago metro area while living on the West Coast and making sporadic visits to Chicagoland. Steve was amazing and went above and beyond - keeping our spirits up during months of waiting during a period of market dormancy, driving me around to look at houses during my brief visits, and visiting houses on our behalf, including the one we eventually purchased. Our purchase process had its challenges, as all do, and Steve helped us navigate those smoothly. He was a great interface with the sellers' agent, our attorney (who he brought to us and who was also great), the mortgage broker, and the closing staff. Highly recommended!
