•The agent we planned on listing our home with ended up in the hospital. He recommended we use Brian. Brian came to our home and spent time with us to answer questions and discuss the possibility of him listing our home. Based on that meeting, and prayer, we gave our listing to Brian. We were not disappointed! We wanted the home spruced up before listing it, but we were moving. With the house empty, Brian took charge and provided us bids from contractors to perform the necessary work. Once repairs and updates were complete, the house was listed for sale. On the first day of accepting bids, we received several. We accepted a full price offer and began the closing process. Weekly phone updates and paperwork done via DocuSign made the process easy. With Brian keeping everything moving forward properly, we closed on time. Brian called to inform us the sale was complete and again the next business day to make sure the money showed up at the bank. We are so glad we chose Brian to take us through the sale of our home. It feels like we have a friend for life!
