•Linda has been very informative. She first gave us some data about some houses sold in our community. During the time the house was put on private or open market, she informed us every incoming showing and let us know buyers' feeling about the house if any. So we could adjust the offering price and made changes accordingly. She has been very responsible and patiently answered our questions whenever we had any, such as the selection of the color of the painting of the inside walls of the house. She has also gave suggestions as what to be changed to make the house more presentable, such as some lighting fixtures. She also spent her money for staging to present our house as a lovely home to buyers. She has also suggested a very good lawyer to represent us for the closing. Linda is really an excellent realtor! This is my second time that she helped me to sell the house very smoothly and quickly.
