•Ed Bangle came highly recommended to us through family friends who were many years in the Silcon Valley real estate business. After our first meeting, his expertise and confidence were obvious. We knew we had the right person to help sell our home. In a declining market, Ed's knowledge and experience got us through with flying colors. We initially wanted to sell as is (bad idea) and Ed, never pushy, always patient, told us what the bare minimums were. Soon after and with the market sliding, we realized more would need to be done. At this point we put our full trust in Ed, and he went into high gear...making recommendations on improvements and setting us up with his team of tradesmen, all of whom were prompt, reliable, and very reasonably priced. Ed was an immense help with the scheduling and coordination of the various projects. Ed was always a phone call away and visited often: generously offering help and advice for projects I took on myself, helping locate appliances on craigslist, going shopping with us for tile and fixtures and so much more. Through all the dust and stress, Ed was always available, always confident, and always made us laugh (though he did have to talk me off the ledge more than once.) Our house finally went on the market in mid-November, very late in the selling season. At this point, homes for sale in our area had been languishing for weeks and even months. Ed's confidence never wavered. Six days and one open house later, our house was SOLD! This cat knows what he's doing! My wife and I cannot say enough good things about this man, nor can we recommend him highly enough to sell a home. He is a true professional, a true expert on residential real estate, and a great human being. Aside from that, Ed is just a pleasure to be around.
