•We bid on two homes under Eli's guidance. For the first one, she told us that we probably would not win with the amount we were bidding. We stuck to our guns and - guess what - she was right. For the second one, she said she liked our bid and - guess what - she was right again. In retrospect, we are so happy that we lost the first bid (although we were devastated at the time) and won the second. We are very happy in our new home. Eli and Niko are experienced and well connected. They know all the people (inspectors, contractors, etc.) that you need to know to get things figured out and set up. Easy to talk to. Humorous. Highly recommend!
